· Ridership

Average weekday ridership for the month of May 2025 is 125,979 up by 3,547 or 3% from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership is 37,828,647, a decrease of -0.3% from the previous year.

Ridership is still approximately 33 percent lower than pre-pandemic level.

· On-Time Performance

System-wide on-time performance is 71.2% for the month of May 2025. Out of a total of 113 routes, 40 routes achieved an on-time performance of over 80%, while two (2) routes, Route 46 and Route 151 had an on-time performance of less than 50%.

The DTS and OTS Service Review Committee reviews service levels, including monthly on-time performance.

· Safety and Security

The number of miles between major collisions for May was 368,338 miles.

· Maintenance

The miles between mechanical road calls averaged 10,584 miles for the month.

· Service Modifications

A summary of the service modifications that were implemented with the March sign-up and will remain in effect until the June sign-up.
